Liya James is founder and CEO of The Next Lab, a Lean Innovation shop based in Austin, Texas. For the past 15 years, she has been helping intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs generate, validate, and launch innovative ideas across industries. Her clients have included AT&T, Mercedes, IBM, and TIAA, as well as many seed stage and Series A startups. She regularly speaks at conferences, including SxSW Interactive, Idean’s UX Summit, and Adaptive Path’s Service Experience Conference. She is a hopeless optimist when it comes to both technology and humans so all of her work involves helping the two evolve happily together.
